Consistency is simply the only key to breakthrough.

Being consistency has very little to do with how you feel. Though you will occasionally have the feeling to be consistent it's not something that you should rely on. Set the intention and be clear on the goal. Keep your goal in mind while being consistent. You will reach the destination that you are aiming toward.

To put it another way, consistency is the only cheat code.
