As a first generation Cuban-American, Vivian has seen and experienced both sides of the diversity conversation from a young age. She believes the most critical element to Diversity and Inclusion (Belonging) is starting with honest conversations that create awareness to biases, behaviors, and actions that are not inclusive.

Today, Vivian focuses her time and energy working towards solutions that start at the heart of the issue and driving sustainable change for individuals and organizations.
