For a lot of people, this can be a miserable time of the year. Yes the sun is (mostly) shining, the skies are blue and it's not 8 degrees for a change. But if you suffer with hay fever, getting out and about can be a nightmare.

From puffy eyes to sneezing fits and itchy skin, hay fever can be debilitating.
