To start they take a deep dive into some of the most common challenges to building community that lasts; whether it’s developing a vision around what you want, managing unresourceful mindsets that exist, or following through on those plans. Later on the group shares stories and anecdotes of how to build community that are strategies you can steal and try for yourself.
