In this episode, I walk you through my system called A _____ a Day in May, and I show you how it will help you build consistency, create a habit, boost your results, and benefit your mindset. 

You can use this system all year, not just in May. You can call it 30 in 30 if you want to do it every day or do an activity at least thirty times in a month, such as sending thirty reachouts. 

You can do this for yourself and with your team.

Consistency is a key component to mastering skills and getting results. I give you guidelines for choosing the habit you want to create and formulating a plan for your success.

Doing this challenge for yourself will:

• Help you create habits and master skills.
• Increase your willpower and motivation.
• Improve your mindset.

I wrap up by talking about how to do this challenge with your team. I give you suggestions on how to structure it based on the size and engagement of your team, where they are in their business, and the goals you have for the challenge.

Doing this with your team will:

• Help you create training for them.
• Support them where they are and encourage them to continue to grow.
• Create a culture of success and community.
