Israeli forces are detaining civilians in Gaza. The Israeli military says these detainments are necessary to find Hamas militants hiding in Gaza, but provided no evidence that those they've detained are fighters. Washington Post reporter Miriam Berger joins us for more. And, New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell took a trip to COP28 to talk about how her city is adapting to threats of climate change.
