How big of a problem is double brokering in your experience/?

TIA president Anne Reinke said that double brokering is a safety issue and not just a crime of commerce - should the FMCSA have more legal boudaries when it comes to double brokering or should stopping or deterring potential double brokers come under someone else’s jurisdiction?

What’s the right way to deal with this situation when it happens?

Would you agree with Craig Fuller that load boards need to bear some of the blame for double brokering?
