When we feel safe in our bodies, emotionally and energetically, our nervous system can relax. It no longer feels like there is an imminent threat (real or perceived), so when that happens we feel calm, centred and grounded.
The difference between taking action from a state of grounded calm as opposed to fear and stress is exponential. Time collapses, we take action with ease and we have clean energy, not bogged down by stress, burnout or overwhelm.
I give you 3 ways to tap into your body to return to a calm and grounded state.
