Yes, the story was very simple and entertaining and I enjoyed the narrator's voice. It made the story more mysterious and sexy.

Very loosely plotted, lacking tension.

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

I did not really enjoy this book.

What was most disappointing about Kathleen MacArthurs story?

The plot is almost nonexistent. Instead of there being a real plot it's all kind of summary of who the people are and what their motivations are. Summary summary summary and while there is an idea of a mystery the pacing is just totally off so there's minimal tension.

What do you think the narrator could have done better?

The narration was good, as is always the case with Rebecca Roberts' work. But the sound editing was bad. The sound quality of individual chapters was highly variable. Also for one character who is fairly important who is in the very beginning of the book, I assumed he was female because of the narration and this threw off my understanding until I realized the character (the tour guide in Bali) was male.

Was Bawdy Madonna worth the listening time?

I really did not enjoy this book. So again, I would have to say it was a frustrating listen. The lack of tension in the book meant I didn't care much ultimately about how the plot ended up, and it seemed neither did the author because the plot was very loose. Ultimately even though the recording was hit or miss (because of sound editing), the real issue is with the plotting and tension here.

I love audio but in this case I would say the print version may be better. The audio sometimes changes in sound in odd places. Was more disturbing to me.

Richard was my favorite character. He has his own demons to put to rest.

Rebecca Roberts did an awsome job with this reading.

This book takes you to Bali, France, London. I felt intrigued when Angie is going to places alone that she had never been before.

I Love the thought behind the story,but the execution of said story ? Not soo much...

1st let me say I'm grateful to find a Horse shifter story to begin with,and 2nd I think the story is a very interesting one and even though unlike some ppl ( if it's done right) I don't mind "insta love" scenarios especially with shifters, they just seem d to be wired for that... Catching scents and feeling vibes and just knowing when they've met their "mate" and sometimes it's really sweet or beautiful or even touching or down right funny, when done right..... But this didn't really, not quite forced really but not right either no scents and the "vibes" seemed fast and honestly made little to no sense and had NO history or back story to back it up or explain or help it all make sense... She's just suddenly falling in love with all 3 ,Argo made a little bit of sense coz she spent the most amount time with him but she seemed fall for Raine and Trent just as fast with barely and do me barely any time spent with them at all.... I can look over misspelled words and even having to read a sentence multiple times to understand coz the words aren't placed quite right in the sentence but this story need more time and effort and a decent proof reader or two even if they were just book loving friends... I deeply applaud this effort I love to see a good menage (M/F/M) and it's great to find shifter stories about animals other than the deeply over used bears,wolves and large cats...

Sweet and Heartwarming!

First and foremost, it is very easy to get into story of Ellie and David. The plot is very sweet and charming, two pluses in my book as that is what I prefer to read.

Ellie is a widowed mother of a young girl who is trying to get back into the dating world. Unfortunately, the guy she's seeing doesn't come with that spark.

Enter kind, sweet, sexy David---the grandson of one of the residents of the senior center where Ellie works. David has moved to Ellie's small town after his fiancé broke his heart. The only problem with him is he's seeing someone else.

To get Ellie and David together, David's grandmother forms "Cupid's Angels" a group of seniors that create a wonderful cast of characters in this heart-warming story.

Each character was well developed and stayed true throughout the whole novel, while the plot was well paced. The authors writing is wonderful and she twisted witty humor into the romance that made me laugh out loud. I thoroughly enjoy this novel and look forward to more by this author.

A delightful romance

I really enjoyed this sweet story. Ellie works at a retirement facility, and the residents are determined to help her find a husband, whether she wants one or not. Misadventures abound.

Bevan is a good writer, making strong uses of sounds, smells, and tastes. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Pure Enjoyment!

This was my first experience reading Erin's work, and I was hooked immediately! So many fun twists and turns keep you guessing and wanting more. She really puts you in the story with the characters. From this book I've become a huge Erin Bevan fan and always look forward to her next release!

A Great Romance

This was a wonderful read with a lot of humor, which I totally enjoyed. I would recommend it to anyone who likes a good romance. The seniors in the story who are Cupid's Angels are absolutely delightful.

Adorable from Beginning to End!

This is an absolutely adorable story with the most delightful secondary characters! Well-written, well-plotted and well-paced. The story starts quietly and the hilarity builds until you are laughing out loud all the way to the Happily Ever After. I stayed up until 3:00 a.m.

Feel-Good Romance!

The Cinderella Body Club is a collection of delightful romantic romps with well-drawn characters and a page-burning pace. Itâs difficult to review these stories without spoilers. I think Iâll just say buy and read The Cinderella Body Club. Itâll make you feel good.

Cami and Lance were a sweet story.

I liked the way this story was told and had enough of a good plot to easily follow.

Lance was likable and made a great prince for Cami.

Spellbound Cinderella

Raven is a nurse and has been wanting Quinn the resident Dr for ages.

Raven's last relationship left her not wanting to go through that again leaving her too shy to make the moves on Quinn. With the spell she comes out of her shell.

Quinn is highly attracted to Raven and cant believe his luck when she finally takes notice of him.

Well rounded easy to follow story

Second Chance Cinderella

The Employment agent and the Fashion Photographer

Tess thinks Parker is way out of her league after the locket wish she gains the confidence to strike up a conversation with Parker.

Parker is delightful and creative and sincere in his affection for Tess.

Cinderella's Enchanted Night

Annalise the admirer from afar (Stalker) who doesn't know that Elijah has his heart set on her.

The Cinderella wish gives her the courage to take charge of her feelings and put her self out there.

All up I really liked the flow of the stories, I thought the repeated intros from different characters perspectives was getting a little tiresome but can still see the relevance.

The characters and stories told from a different authors view was interesting however writing styles and voices did differ and some were more enjoyable than others.

This is a nice easy read that will get you through till your next read.

Trent is a mustang shifter and Jessica is a woman. There was a fire at the mansion that Argo, Trent and Rains owned. Jessica was staying the night but when the fire started they ran in different direction. Enjoy, I did. Thanks
