Eating is part of everyone’s life, and yet so many people struggle with having a healthy relationship with food. Before we can hope of helping our children grow into adults who are at peace with food, it is so important to model it ourselves. In this episode, we discuss our own personal relationship with food, which centers on mindfulness.  We share insights from authors who have plenty of research to back up this mindful method. The goal with this approach is a life that is at peace with food and a body that is healthy and balanced.
