Has your milk stash gone bad!? 😭Well if it was properly stored and remained frozen, it’s probably still good! Some women produce milk with high lipase (a naturally occurring enzyme in all breast milk) which can lead to stored milk smelling “off”. Today we talk about what causes that odor, what to do if you have milk with high lipase, and safe strategies to make it palatable for your baby to drink.
