Hey, it's your girl Jess! Welcome back to the show.  Today's episode is just me and you for a “Happy Fuck Yeah Friday”. I am uber passionate about helping both women and men step in their power! This episode is titled “How to get out of your own way”, so the first thing I want to remind you of is that your subconscious mind is the gatekeeper of your comfort zone.  And I also want to remind you today that you don't change in breakthroughs, you change in micro shifts.  What are those micro shifts you can make in your life, so that your future self will feel good?
