We are talking about keeping your hands still because that was this week's video, and it's something we sometimes don't realise they're moving quite so much!
The "secret" to keeping your hands still is to have an independent seat. Your hands are an exacerbation of what your seat is doing; if your seat is bouncing, you hands are bouncing even more. If your seat is better connected to the movement of your horse, your hands are steadier and quieter.
The first of my free Rider Position webinars is coming up this Sunday! You can RSVP here.
