Stephanie’s Brownies (Cannabis-Infused Edition)

Ingredients for Brownies

🍫 2 sticks cannabutter (or regular butter for a non-infused version)

🍫 2 cups sugar

🍫 4 eggs

🍫 2 tsp vanilla

🍫 1 3/4 cups flour

🍫 6 Tbsp baking cocoa

🍫 1 tsp baking powder

🍫 1/4 tsp salt

Frosting

🍫 1 stick butter

🍫 1/4 cup evaporated milk

🍫 1 tsp vanilla

🍫 2 Tbsp baking cocoa

🍫 3 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

1️⃣ Prep Your Cannabutter:

Before you start baking, you need to infuse your butter. Here’s how:

• ​ Decarb your cannabis: Bake ground cannabis at 240°F (115°C) for 30-45 minutes to activate the THC.
• ​ Infuse with butter: Melt 1 cup of butter and simmer with decarbed cannabis for 2-3 hours on low heat. Strain, cool, and store.

2️⃣ Make the Brownies:

1. ​ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. ​ In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
3. ​ Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla.
4. ​ In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
5. ​ Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until smooth.
6. ​ Pour batter into a greased 9x13 baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.

3️⃣ Make the Frosting:

1. ​ In a bowl, beat butter, evaporated milk, and vanilla until creamy.
2. ​ Add cocoa and powdered sugar gradually, mixing until smooth.
3. ​ Spread frosting over cooled brownies, cut into squares, and enjoy!
