I’m so excited about this week’s episode. I had an enlightening conversation with marriage and family therapists, Bob and Judy Hughes, authors of "Love-Focused.” We explored the concept of love-focused living versus outcome-focused living and the impact each has on our relationships and emotional well-being. (Spoiler alert: you’ll probably discover you’re more outcome-focused in how you relate to others than you ever imagined!) Ouch…but in a good way. 

We also delved into the challenges of meeting our emotional needs while protecting ourselves from pain. We discussed the benefits of trusting in God's love and provision and shared three simple prayers to help cultivate this trust.
