These techniques can be used for a variety of anxiety related issues, not just anxiety attacks. As a qualified and successful equestrian mental skills, mindset & trauma-informed movement coach, Jane has worked with both competitive and recreational horse riders all over the world, inspiring them to new levels of confidence, connection and performance. Her understanding of the human nervous system allows her to employ techniques aimed to reset sympathetic nervous system responses back to their natural parasympathetic state.
