After a year as crazy as 2025, some may view new year's resolutions as a futile exercise utilized only by the feeble-minded, but it's not the resolutions that are the problem; it's how we implement them. Instead of giving up on your resolutions after one or two cheat-days, how about you chill, think about the process instead of the goal, and get back on that damn horse? It's a long year, people.
