• When people see something as more relatable, more as 'them' and more of a part of something bigger (the brand) you have made an emotional connection and thus it feels like the brand is "a part of them".
• If you don't have a brand that people want to talk about or represent or communicate with their customers, it is so much harder to get word of mouth or referrals.
