Being present is one of our core philosophies, and so today, we dig deep into Chapter 1 of Eckhart Tolle’s book,  A New Earth, and discuss how we have used the principles he writes about to uncover our own sense of presence.
In our experience, the ability to be truly aware and present in any given situation, is the key to actually experiencing this life. When you are present, you feel awake, able to give and receive love more fully, and truly find access to a higher level of living.
