Guys. Lex from Kaxi is BACK! 

I interviewed Lex back in 2020 when she had just started Kaxi & it has been so beyond inspiring to see how far she's taken it in the past 3 years. From expanding her team to being carried at Free People, Kaxi is exploding & this is only the beginning. 

Something that really stands out to me about Lex is the way she has built her company culture in a way the bleeds into her community. As someone who loves Kaxi, I feel like I know her entire team & their wins, are.... my wins?? They make it so fun to be apart of their brand on every level. So we're talking about it. How did she find her team? How does she keep the vibes high? How can someone land a job at a company like Kaxi?
