We have lost a lot of weight these last 3 months, Rosie having lost 15 lbs and Adam losing 27, and we wanted to tell you about it. Moving country brings up a lot of issues and keeps you very busy, so eating became very simplified and we ended up eating really simply or eating out, and fully committing to a diet was really hard with all the moving around. We followed this program called Metapower and it has drastically improved our diets, weight, and health. It’s a really hard program, but it has done wonders for us and we definitely recommend it.
