However, I’m so glad you’re here because today, we’re diving into a big topic—a mindset shift that, when you really grasp it, can change everything about how you handle anxiety and what you believe is possible for your life.
I’m talking about the moment when you realizethe problem isn’t outside of you—it’s in your thoughts.
Now, I know this is going to be a tough pill for some of you to swallow, because trust me, when I first heard this idea, I thought, “That’s a ridiculous pile of crap.” I mean, come on—how can everything I’m feeling be justmy thoughts? Surely there must be something outside of me, something external, that’s causing all of this stress and anxiety. Right?
But after some reflection, some deep work, and a lot of trial and error, I’ve come to realize that, actually… it’s true. It’s not the circumstances or situations you’re in that are the problem—it’s yourthoughts about those circumstances.
