This week Leela and Kiran have a deep conversation about western medicine and its relationship to alternative mental well-being supports. Leela and Kiran talk about how short term solutions are very supportive no matter what field of medicine they come from, and how long term solutions are generally more about authenticity, coming home to your own body and making delicious choices. Leela talks about her personal journey of recovery when a trauma exploded her life and she found herself visiting a psyche ward as part of looking for solutions. And they both extoll the virtues of a good whiskey and cigs in times of crisis.
