Pastor Vlad continues the sermon series "Towels & Titles" where He speaks about how our value is not determined by our visibility, but rather God wants to use you, in-spite of where you currently find yourself.

Notes:

1. Potential > position = Ok! Gifting > character = Not Ok! 



A. Your value is not determined by visibility.


B. Title does not equal identity.


C. God trusts those He tests.



2. Position does not restrict anointing, ego + laziness does.


A. Anointing does not need a title to operate, it needs a problem.

B. Pride will not let you succeed outside of your position.


C. Don’t leave the church because you got famous on the streets.

3. Serving is not a Stepping Stone. 


A. We don’t promote a heart to become a mouth because it pumps blood good.


B. We live to make Jesus famous, church does not exist to make us popular.

Pastor Vlad continues the sermon seires "Towels & Titles" where He speaks about being Full of the Holy Spirit. Pastor used the example of Steven and how the devil succeed in killing him, but failed in leaking him.

Notes:

1. Being FULL of the Spirit is not only for those in MINISTRY but also in MARKETPLACE. (Acts 6:3)

Holy Spirit = Power + Wisdom + Faith (Genesis 41:38)

Power will get you out of prison.

Wisdom will open the key to the palace.

Alternative to being filled with Spirit is being filled with self (stress, sin, and Satan)

You have the Holy Spirit at salvation but being full of the Holy Spirit comes at surrender.

You can’t have fire without fuel.

If you want to be filled with the Holy Spirit, you have feed yourself on holy things. (Ephesians 5:18)

2. When you’re FULL of the Spirit your FACE changes. (Acts 6:15)

Reputation is your photo, character is your face. Without the Holy Spirit we have to repair our reputation and change our character. You don’t change your character by working on it, working on your relationship and your character will change.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. Galatians 5:22-23

We trust His substitutional death on the cross for our salvation but now we must yield to His substitutional life inside for our transformation.

Character is fruit of the spirit not result of my efforts.

It’s fruit, not works

It’s fruit, not fruits

It’s attitude, not action

It grows, not given

Its slow and sour before sweet

It feeds others

Don’t work on your issues, work on your intimacy. It’s not about suppressing the flesh, surrender to the Holy Spirit.

3. Holy Spirit FULLNESS impacts your FOCUS. (Acts 7:25)

Being filled with the Spirit does not mean you SKIP hellish situations, it means you don’t SPILL in them.

When I am filled with the Spirit, I am also sealed by the Holy Spirit (Eph.1:13)

Focus on heaven when faced with hell

Surrender to Savior not situation

Respond to presence not react to people

Pastor Vlad continues the series "Towels & Titles". He goes deeper into the three core issues of burnout in ministry:

1. Presence

2. Boundries

3. Faithfulness

Ministry problems are more spiritual than we realize.

New seasons require new systems.

Those faithful in small will be entrusted with more.

Without the Holy Spirit we have form without function, monuments without movement, and reservoir instead of a river

You can’t bring revival if you are busy creating a revolution.

We must seek Jesus if we want Holy Spirit

1. Before Jesus revived the dead, the living were renewed.

2. Jesus’ steps to the miracle are as important as His stops.

Never get jealous of someone who gets by touch what you get with time.

3. Don’t be afraid to keep on walking with Jesus when things get worse.

Voices will say, “Don’t trouble the Master”.

Ilya brought a timely word, in where he spoke to the people about the provisions of God and how God not only makes a way but provides us tools to do our part.

We treat people the way feel about ourselves. 

 

The Pasture:

- When you receive a dream – doesn’t mean that public is ready to hear it.

- Your dream in cost you something and to the people who are connected to you.

The Pit:

- the pit s the place where end up because of someone’s decision, pit is where you are the victim. 

 

Potiphar’s House:

- God prosper people who were connected to Joseph

 

The Prison

- Joseph doesn’t define his life by what happens to him – he defines himself by how he responds to his trials.

 

The Palace 

- Palace is you are tested with your haters again. Are you going to feed them or you going to hurt them like they hurt you?

Andres Bisonni shared at Holy Spirit Conference about the signs of the Holy Spirit.

Brittany shared a powerful message about building a life that we love, using the example of building a house.

1. Salvation is like the sales contract. (John 14:1-4)

2. Deliverance is like digging out the foundation. You must dig through all the dirt of your life before you can lay the foundation!

3. God’s calling on your life is like the blueprints. You know what your house is supposed to look like, but other people can’t see it yet.

4. The final house represents living in your divine destiny!

1 Timothy 3:5 – The devil frequently uses Scripture to tempt us

Knowing the Scripture better will strengthen our spiritual immune system

The more your struggle violates your conscience and makes you feel unworthy to walk the path God has put down for you, the closer you are to your defining moment

Don’t let your scars weigh you down – don’t be ashamed of your scars

It wasn’t Jesus’ words that made Him our savior – it was His scars

Don’t let temptation lead you away from your defining moment
