  • Surviving Maternal Death | Nicole Hall | Episode 33

Have you ever heard of Amniotic fluid embolism? I hadn’t until one of Nicole’s videos showed up on my for you page.

Nicole survived maternal death. Sounds wild and impossible, right? It’s true, she experienced this rare condition that affected her just moments before she was set to deliver her third baby.

Amniotic fluid embolism (AFE) is an extremely rare, but life-threatening complication that affects pregnant women shortly before, during, or immediately following labor and childbirth. And tragically a lot of women never make it. Nicole is a part of that extremely small percentage of women who experienced this and is here to share her story about it.

This week we have the honor of hearing Nicole’s story of AFE first hand as she shares her incredible story of survival and how she was able to literally survive death. She’s using her experience to spread awareness, empowerment and education to all women in hopes of bringing peace to families who may have been touched by this condition as well as disseminating life saving knowledge.

We are truly thankful she is here with us today and honored to share her story with you!

  • Healing The Feminine | Caytlyn Dee | Episode 30

What if I told you that your body can heal itself. Would you believe me? Your body has an inborn ability to heal itself, naturally. But what if that power supply is cut off by let’s say, trauma. What happens then?

This week we are finding out as we talk to Caytlyn Dee a pelvic care practitioner as she shares her wealth of knowledge and how she is helping women on their journey towards self discovery and self healing through integrative pelvic healing.

You might be thinking what the heck is pelvic healing and why should I care? I know I did! Caytlyn shares with us how the body’s intricate design can be affected by any source of trauma or toxins therefore leaving parts of us sick in its wake. Sounds crazy but oddly sensible. This interview had my mind running rampant with curiosity and left me feeling like I’ve been living in a shell for 30 years with zero connection to who I really am. Physically and mentally.
Caytlyn shares with us how healing the core of our body is not just a mindset but a true physical action. She’s helping women emotionally, mentally and physically reclaim their health, body and mind with this powerful holistic practice.

Paving the way for women to have a deeper relationship with their bodies, teaching us to release societal and ancestral shame so we can center and heal our divine. Don’t miss this POWERFUL message!
