Depression is a dangerous thing it can prevent you from going about your day-to-day life. But self-diagnosed depression is worse. Now talking about self-diagnosed depression, there are 2 kinds of people who have who come in this category:
1. Who know they are fine, but consider themselves depressed for attention.
2. Who actually truly believe that they are depressed.
I had a weird story with self-diagnosed depression, which I will be discussing a little in this episode. So for those in the first category, stop it now!
