We look at the different parts of your life that you might feel "Not Enough" for, and analyze the truth behind those feelings. These feelings may occur when applying for a job, asking for a raise, going on a date, in your marriage, when wanting approval from friends, or when trying to excell at sports or other activities requiring a skill. We show that these feelings do not mean you're unworthy or inadequate, but just perhaps "Not Prepared", or maybe "Not Matched" correctly with what you're tring to acheive. I.E., if you go on a date with a Vegan, and they reject you because you love meat, this is not not a reflection on you as a human being. it's just a missmatch if that's a dealbreaker for them.
