The first year without your child has come and gone.  All the dreaded first's lurk about in the darkness, sending unspoken threats, that cause anxiety and fear as they approach, telling you, you won't survive it.  

But here you are. 

You did survive it.  

And you're wondering where do I go from here?  Surviving the first year seemed so far in the distance after your child's death, because you were climbing a mountain every day, reliving it over and over. And the thought of still being alive in 352 days never crossed your mind.  Or maybe it did.  

Today I teach you what it takes to learn to live again after the first year of your child's death.
