When you should be a Spider-Man villain, but you live in Oklahoma.

Mulder and Scully arrive at a small town in Oklahoma to investigate the fourth lightning death in a short period of time. The sheriff thinks they’re borrowing trouble, but the deaths do seem to be similar in other ways: all young men in the same age range. And they may all be connected to one person, a young guy who works as a mechanic and who survived a lightning strike before all these other deaths occured.

That seems suspicious...

The X-Files’ very first three-parter ends here!

While Scully and Skinner face off with guns in Mulder’s apartment, Mulder arrives and is determined to find the truth. Skinner has the DAT tape the Cigarette Smoking Man is after, and Mulder tells him to protect it while he and Scully search for answers about the conspiracy they’ve started to uncover. However, they soon find out that the men behind the conspiracy still want them both dead.

Maybe they can say, “Let’s Make a Deal!”

That’ll make more sense later. ;)

Secrets were uncovered...

... then they were exploded!

With Mulder presumed dead and Scully put on suspension for insubordination, Scully tries to get Skinner to help her get the men responsible for Mulder’s disappearance and possible death. Skinner claims his hands are tied, but might be working behind the scenes. Meanwhile, Scully learns she has a strange metal implant in her neck and then learns that there is a hit out on her, and the assassin may be someone she knows…

Could it be an alien assassin?!

One year ago today, August 20th 2020, we released our podcast teaser into the world.

A week later, on August 27th 2020, the musical alpha and omega of IWTRW appeared for the first time in “Episode 0: ‘Meet Tori and Nic’”, but it had been mixed a week before and used in a second audio teaser that was scrapped and used instead in a simple video teaser that was posted to Instagram (and our personal FB pages) on September 3rd 2020.

Secrets will be uncovered!

A man manages to hack into the Defense Department and gets classified reports about aliens and UFOs, which he gives to Mulder. But the reports are encrypted and Mulder is acting erratic and unhinged. Scully tries to get the documents un-encrypted, while Mulder gets a call from his father, who needs to tell him something important...

It *might* be (about) aliens!

Scorch marks again?

A man disappears and a giant scorch mark is left in a field nearby, making Mulder think it’s connected to foxfire and alien abductions. But when Scully and Mulder arrive in town, something strange seems to be centered around the chicken plant where the missing man worked. Is it aliens or is this small town up to something sinister?

Why can’t it ever be both...?
