A quick update about the IBCA podcast.

The discussion, led by Ballard (Iowa) Boys Head Coach Jeff Schertz, takes us through the 10 gold lessons at the end of coach Showalter's book Cornfields to Gold Medals. At the end of each gold lesson are a few strategies. These strategies follow the acronym G.O.L.D. and provide ideas about how to implement the lessons with your group or organization.  A great conversation for anyone looking to improve their teams culture.
