Self care isn’t always easy. It can be hard to do the necessary work, ESPECIALLY when you can’t even find the energy or support to get going. Have you ever felt that way? I know I can definitely relate. Sometimes the needed motivation can be found by surrounding yourself with people who challenge you in new ways.
Today’s guest Marilyn the Chef of Divine Appetite, LLC brings so much energy to prioritizing self care through her personal stories, professional insight as a health care advocate, and her ongoing works as an activist.

Join me this morning as I share my thoughts and reflection on what I’d say to my younger self that actually still applies today.
