If prioritizing self care was easy, every woman you know would be healthy, fully rested, looking, and feeling great, right? But I don't think that self care is easy. In order for it to become a lifestyle it takes work. We have to do things every day to help us flourish and grow. Often times it requires us to move beyond our comfort zone. This week, I am challenging you to do the work to flourish and grow with 3 tips I learned from taking care of plants. Yes, I said plants. Just hit play and listen. It'll all make sense. Life has an interesting way of teaching us the lessons that we need.

Nowadays, it's always a great time to talk self care out with friends. In our college years, these self care conversations did not exist. But now it is a necessity. That is why this week, Guest Laronda Frye, also my fellow college alum, joins the podcast to discuss staying connected to heritage while creating a healthy balance, the lessons of growth into adulthood, and how she is prioritizing self care as a busy wife, mom, and woman on the go. This is our real life and together we are sharing our challenges and tips, in efforts to help women, just like you, make self care a lifestyle.
