Ideal Remake

Are you, like, totally a Baldwin? Or are you more like a Monet?

Either way, listen up, because Cher is speaking! And we’re talking about Clueless! Paul Presley (@pawlprezlee) and Isabella Egizi (@izziegizi) are BACK! And they were both SO excited to talk about this movie! So before social isolation was, like, a thing, we all went over to Paul’s to talk about this amazing 90s time-capsule!

Whatever!

It’s going to be Strange Days indeed! Sam Gasch is joined by Danny Bell (@ElanaRuthBlack) this week to discuss what 1995 thought the end of 1999 was going to be like. They thought things were going to get dark REAL fast.

And they do, but not quite THAT fast!

We’re talking about Strange Days! So put on your squid and experience we experience in this episode!

If you’re gonna make it in the world of 80s, New York business, you’re gonna have to start in the mailroom! And then lie, cheat, and con your way up into the conference room! And hey, maybe you’ll meet a swell dame along the way.

We’re talking about The Secret of My Success with Tom Loveman (@tom_loveman) and Rachanee Lumayno (@rachaneelumayno)! This movie may have just been remade as a musical, but we didn’t… know that when we were recording! So we’re remaking it as a movie! Woo!

Don’t get fooled by the old disappearing pig trick! We’re journeying into the fantastical realm of Nelwyn and Daikini. A land corrupted by darkness until a hero comes forth…

We’re remaking Willow this week! Just in time for the sequel just beginning production!

And to guide us along our way, we have comedian and actor JC Currais (@JCstandup)! JC is a very funny guy and a ridiculous nerd, so this episode is a lot of fun! Enjoy!

The first official episode of 2020! Woohoo! Glad to be back at the podcasting table, remaking your favorite movies and ruining your childhood! Or, ideally, saving it if we did this correctly, and we ARE all about the ideal!

And we’re starting the year off with the movie Pet Shop! Pet Shop is a movie from 1995 that most haven’t heard of. And that’s a shame because it’s really cute! Luckily we all have Austin Badgett (@badgett88) who brought this movie to all of our attentions!

So maybe now we’ll have our eyes open for a Pet Shop run by aliens moving into a small town near us!
