The rock and roll lifestyle is often not a long-lived one. But there are things you, as a famous rock star, can do to protect yourself. Don't drink entire bottles of liquor in a single night. Don't mix illicit drugs. Maybe even consider switching to decaf. Just because you're hardcore doesn't mean you can't be straight edge.
