Scalar energy is healing energy and my guest today Tom Paladino, has created instruments that harness that energy for healing. Tom's goal is to make a difference in the world by using Scalar energy. It's a fascinating example of science combusting with spirituality.

Tom is a researcher and scientist seeking to make a difference in the world by providing people with the education and tools to restore optimal health, and by helping enhance their quality of life.

Tom began his research with Scalar Energy during his undergraduate years after developing a deep admiration for the father of Scalar Energy research , Nikola Tesla. He was also able to study the work of a man Hieronymus who continued research on Scalar Energy. Hieronymus’ major contributions included unbinding the RNA/ DNA bonds of microbes plaguing the agricultural industry (rendering them harmless).

The existence of such energy not found within the electromagnetic spectrum, fascinated Tom. Inspired by these findings, he pursued a course of independent study seeking to better understand and subsequently harness Scalar Energy, through the development of an instrument called “Scalar Light”.

Listen in as Tom helps me, a non-scientist understand the workings of scalar energy. Just using a photograph of people, Tom uses his instruments to assist in our overall healing.

I have been receiving these remote healings for several weeks now, and I am sleeping better and have even more energy! Believe it or not, it's amazing.

A few questions for you  - do you believe in Heaven?  What if I said do you believe in paradise?Do you think it is possible to create heaven on earth?

 These are some of the questions we go into in today’s episode with my guest Kornelia Stephanie. Kornelia is a gifted intuitive energy guide who has traveled the world modeling inner peace. I love Fashion - it totally ignites my spark, and today on the podcast I have two instagram influencers  - personal stylists, Paul Julch and Erin Stoll. 

Spoiler alert, we don’t talk  much about actual fashion. We go into gratitude – a lot, how important it is to feel great in your skin and both Paul and Erin are more in the people business, not just the fashion business. They really care about making their clients, and their Instagram followers, feel better each and every day. Sometimes it’s about fashion of course, but it is so much more than that. They encourage people to seek happiness every day – and sometimes that means wearing something you love that expresses yourself authentically, whether it is cozy sweats or "hard" pants (as I call them).

 There are many juicy nuggets in this episode that will encourage you to feel better about yourself, and of course I did get them to share some fashion tips for spring as well.

I do hope you are inspired after listening to this episode – to go forth and search for a fun outfit in your closet that lifts you up and brings you joy. But more importantly I hope you laugh, smile and your spark is ignited.

In today's episode we get to take a mini dive into The Tao Te Ching, or the Way, with my guest Diane Dreher who is the author of several books exploring the principles in the 25 centuries old Tao. Lao Tzu  wrote this book as a handbook for leaders. In ancient China, to lead wisely, meant to live wisely, to seek personal balance and integration with the cycles of nature.

Diane, an esteemed professor emeritus at Santa Clara University,  joins me today to discuss her book, The Tao of Inner Peace.  The poems in the Tao are more relevant than ever today, as we truly need to embrace  peace within ourselves. The spiritual guide that is the Tao helps us find the path to peace  by showing us how to integrate the many facets of our everyday lives to create a balanced, dynamic, harmonious whole.

Diane has a way of interpreting Lao Tzu's teachings that make the principles accessible and understandable for those of us who are not scholars of this ancient Chinese text.  Of course we explore some of the ways to find the "way", and we also giggle and have a real down to earth conversation.

My guest today is Jen Accristo – an angel on earth who shines and glows from the inside out.  She is a gifted light worker who brings many modalities to her healing practice. She has always had the gift of reading other people’s energies, and she has gone on to study plant medicine in the shamanic tradition, - a fascinating discussion where Jen shares that often a guided plant medicine ceremony can help someone heal from past traumas much more rapidly than traditional talk therapy

Jen utilizes sound healing, reiki, cranial sacral massage (the best), ancestral healing and more, along with  her own intuitive gifts to provide her clients the opportunity to step into their physical, spiritual and energetic power.

 Her unique healing concept was born when Jen was working as a fitness facilitator and utilizing some of her healing gifts in her sessions and although her clients didn’t completely understand what she did they wanted more, and thus her beautiful healing practice was born.

 Oh and fun fact, she also holds a black belt in a form of Kung Fu – Jen is strong, yet vulnerable, gentle and powerful.

What would make you feel delicious?  That is one of my guest's favorite questions. She is Elena Sonnino, a Martha Beck life coach, yin yoga teacher, keynote speaker, cancer survivor, mom and wife.

Delicious isn't usually a word we associate with our feelings, but if you think about it, isn't it great? It's yummy. It conjures up happiness and joy. And that is what Elena does in this episode, spreads joy, encourages us to inhabit our joy (yes we have a choice), and I know that I felt inspired after our conversation.

Elena is on a mission to inspire individuals and groups to thrive in their lives with more curiosity, more delight and more purpose.  One of her favorite things to do when working with clients is to ask them good questions and give them space to answer. Sounds simple, but how many of us do that?

Elena teaches a yearly retreat at one of my favorite destinations, Rancho La Puerta, and she has given a talk for Al Jazeera and works with humanitarian brands and organizations motivating and inspiring them.

Her new book is called Inhabit Your Joy - A book of nudges. It's the perfect bedside book for you to pick up and follow a daily nudge or prompt. It helps us ask the questions of ourselves that we need to be a bit more introspective and determine what it is we need in our lives at that moment.

Today's episode kicks off the month of February and Heart Awareness Month, and Amanda Daniels is my heart centered guest today. Diagnosed with heart disease at 18 and heart failure at 25,  Amanda has learned to thrive as a heart healer and heart warrior.

 A natural intuitive, Amanda helps others identify what she calls "heartquakes", adverse situations and circumstances that have shaped our experience of the world. - and can often lead to disease in the body. She has identified flight tools to help her clients live a more joyful, inspired and meaningful life, while listening to the voice within their heart.

Amanda is a proud mom to three daughters, something she never imagined was possible. She shares her story with us and it is empowering and up lifting.  She co-founded the first  peer-led support group in Los Angeles for women living with heart disease and is on the Advisory Board at the ULCA Women's Cardiovascular Center, as well as a spokesperson for the American Heart Association. 

In addition, Amanda is a trained medicine woman and has studied at The Arthur Findlay Scool for the advancement of spirituality, psychic sciences and mediumship in Stanstead, England.

Yes, it's the end of January, but it's not too late to create your vision for the year. So, today my guest, L'areal Lipkins will give you actionable tips you can use to create your own vision/goal board if you have not already done so. 

I have dubbed L'areal, the QUEEN of Vision Boards and I really enjoyed the online class I took from her and knew I wanted to share her concepts about vision boards with all of you. Our conversation is fun and enlightening and it had me create my board in an entirely different way than I’ve done before. I focused more on my goals, rather than just my dreams. And we talk all about that and the difference between a goal board and a dream board.

L’areal created her business, A Woman with Vision, after she successfully turned her own goals into reality, by getting clear on her vision and focusing on her mindset. Yup, turns out that if we don't believe we deserve something, how can we possibly hope to achieve it. Yup - aha moment for sure.

L'areal is the author of the book A woman with Vision, leads workshops,  is a dynamic public speaker and works with women, individually and in groups, to help them clarify their vision to step into the life they were created to live.
