Jenny Diehl is my delightful guest on this episode. She is the founder and love curator of an online holistic store called Cura.Te (meaning cure yourself in Latin). Inspired to live a healthy and disease free life after the passing of her Mother at a young age (from early onset Alzheimer's Disease) Jenny set about learning to live a toxic free life. After her Mom passed, Jenny took a deep dive into holistic medicine and became a certified practitioner. After years of researching some of the causes of degenerative diseases, she realized that so many things we were putting into and onto our bodies were indeed harmful for us. She morphed her family into a plant based diet and started making her own soaps and cleaners that were toxin free. She joined with a Chinese herbalist as well and has created a host of medicinal herb teas and blends to help our bodies heal naturally. Anyone ever felt stuck in an area of life and just couldn't move past it?  Traditional therapy and coaching didn't work?  Well here's a new way of helping you get unstuck, (well new to me at least), and it's called Family Constellations. My guest Liza Miron has been working with people for 15 years to help them grow, develop and connect to a higher level of awareness to assist them in enjoying the life they deserve and living it to the fullest. One of the methods of coaching that she uses is called Family Constellations. She helps you connect to ancestral blockages that have been passed on and often create negative patterns or ways of being. Having suffered from many health issues throughout her life including a 20 year struggle with Lyme disease and many surgeries for a hole in her heart, Amanda finally discovered relief when she encountered a magical masseuse who utilized Reiki in her hands on approach. Amanda and her husband went on to experience much relief from the Lyme disease from which they both suffered. Thus they launched their own educational journey to help heal others and now use Reiki, Biomagnetic Pair Therapy, and holistic treatments to assist those suffering  with chronic illnesses and other health challenges.
