  • The Importance of an Internal Fall Cleanup

The transition of summer (pitta) to fall (vata) is a good time to do an internal cleanup. The change of season presents an opportunity to cleanse ama (toxins) from our system to prevent illness and to charge up our juiciness and radiance. Yes, good eating and lifestyle habits prevent ama (toxins) from collecting and when we include purification strategies as well, we can also eliminate any ama (toxins) that may have accumulated. Whether we look at daily detox strategies or investing some time into a Ayurvedic fall cleanup, we are rewarded with renewed energy, strengthen immunity and an overall radiance. • Heart Health Part 2 - Heart Health By Dosha & Heart-Healthy Behaviours

In part - 2 of keeping your heart healthy I take a look at the Doshas and the Heart. There are ways we can keep the heart healthy and in a state of harmony and one way is going through the 3 Doshas - Vata, Pitta and Kapha. The best choice to keeping the heart healthy is including high-impact strategies that looks at which Dosha is pushing your mental and emotional triggers. These triggers result in causing an imbalanced in the body and heart when stressed. It's not enough to just manage stress, it's about going beyond managing and working towards nourishing your emotional and physical heart.  I hope this 2nd part is helpful in understanding and in enabling heart-healthy behaviours that will not only nurture and nourish the heart, but the whole body. • Our Cyclical Nature For More Harmony In Life with Guest Speaker Lena Dolter

I have the true pleasure of having Lena Dolter as my special guest on today's episode. We are taking a look at how overwhelm shows up in the body, mind and emotions. We also have a conversation on the cyclical nature of our being and how this can benefit us more when we are more attuned to the cycles of nature. When we are more aware and observant of our cycles it can give us information that we can then use to create better health and allow self healing to occur. It opens us to our intuitive wisdom to bring more harmony into our lives. The link for the free quiz Lena mention is here www.lenadolter.com/quiz.
