When you touch your innermost spiritual centre, you are connecting to your field of bliss and joy. It is through awareness of your experience of Self and all that makes you - YOU. The subtle essence of Prana is described in many cultural traditions as the bringer and sustainer of life. Many traditions say the soul enters the body with that first rush of air in the lungs. Within Ayurveda and Yoga, prana is the most subtle and enlivening unit of energy. It is the field that underlies your physical/mental structure and functioning. Breath is the vehicle for pranic life force. There is a cycle which includes breath that we can create joy, bliss and happiness. I thank you for listening and look forward to sharing again soon.

Daily exercise has benefits that go beyond just the muscles. Many of the benefits are directly related to a healthy digestion. The main point when it comes to exercise is finding that key, which is Balance. Yes, it's about finding that place where your daily movement practice is vigorous enough to bring out your brilliance and radiance, but not too much or to the point where you are exhausted and need that day of rest. It's about finding your Zen with this. It's about enjoying the daily movement practices or exercise for the pure pleasure of the movement and exercise itself. To just allow yourself to experience the activity and Enjoy!

For most of us we know that the key to having healthy teeth starts with a nutrient-dense based diet that is rich in minerals and vitamins. When we have strong teeth we are able to grind and break-down food better and this will assist with improving our digestion. On the other side good digestion helps to build stronger teeth. In today's episode I take a look at some natural Ayurvedic ways that we can keep our teeth and mouth healthy and happy. This is including a DIY natural toothpaste recipe that you can try. Welcome to the Igniting Shakti Podcast - where we interrupt self-override and reclaim steady power.
I’m Natasha, and I help midlife women recognize where they’ve been…
Because burnout isn’t the root.
Self-override is.
When you constantly push through exhaustion, silence your body’s signals, perform instead of pause, and normalize nervous system chaos - survival mode becomes your baseline.
This podcast is where we interrupt that pattern.
Inside, you’ll find grounded conversations on:
• The real root of burnout and chronic overwhelm
• How self-override shows up in your body, work, relationships, and health
• Ritual as intentional presence
• Rhythm as pattern awareness
• Regulation as steady nervous system power
• Ancient wisdom tools - including Ayurveda, numerology, feminine archetypes, and cyclical living - applied practically, not mystically
This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about stopping the override.
If you’re ready to move from survival mode to clarity, steadiness, and embodied leadership - you’re in the right place.
