Lockdown can be seen as a time of challenge, or it could be viewed as a period where we hope we will one day look back and be able to say 'What fun we had!'
Fun is an important part of our daily life. Whether it be having fun at work, with our children, or elderly relatives or friends. There are health benefits to having fun - and now more than ever, while we are shut away in our homes, fun boosts happiness levels, it helps decrease stress, boosts our immune system and unites friends and families.
