Kami has a really authentic approach to creating boundaries in your life, even if you think you "suck at boundaries." You'll get an inside peek into how to create your own boundaries recipe, and learn about how to hold those boundaries with a process Kami came up with called the confict escalator.

This episode is all about how diets don’t work. Debbie Lesko knows first hand the dangers of diets and she talks about her road to recovery and how the diet industry is doing any but making people healthier. If you’ve ever tried a diet and failed, it’s not your fault. The truth is that even though we blame ourselves when we can’t lose the weight or keep it off, it’s really because diets really don’t work.

Sometimes being a mom can start to make you miss the old you. I'm taking a trip down memory lane through all my "failed" businesses (and there's a lot) and talking about how after becoming a mom it's hard to keep in touch with the person you used to be sometimes. Spoiler alert: There are some definite tears in this episode, so just be ready for that. If you're starting to feel a little mom burnout setting in, this episode is for you. That former person is in there, she's just waiting to be invited back to the party.

This season, we're ditching the business talk and just having real conversations about real topics. And I couldn't be more excited. I want to talk about diet, culture, privilege, acceptance, creating boundaries, faith, making space for more fun and laughter in your life. And whatever else feels right in the moment.
Last season was a little heavy on the business talk. And even though I love all the amazing friendships I made while recording it, I'm kicking the business tips to the curb and fully embracing my guest experiences and their unique perspectives on life and their imperfect journey. I'm sure the show is going to keep evolving and changing, but there's really one way to find out and that's to do the damn thing.
So here we go. The first episode drops Wednesday, June 2nd. Click subscribe. So you can come along for the ride.
