As a young, fresh new grad straight out of college, starting your first adult job can feel like a strange experience. When the unfamiliarity and self-doubt persists, it can manifest in Impostor Syndrome, which is the thought that you are undeserving or incompetent, and thus a “fraud” or “impostor”.
Whether these feelings come from something you can’t control, something that comes with time, or something that should be changed, we walk through our personal experiences with Impostor Syndrome and how we fight it (or at least, try to).
