Our How Human Design Helps Me Human series continues with a solo episode exploring how I approach self-regulating through my undefined and open Human Design energy centers.

As a Mental Projector I have 2 of the 9 centers defined, which means a LOT of openness in my chart.

This episode clarifies the difference between having an undefined and an open center, and speaks to my experience with my 4 undefined and 3 open centers including how I look to those centers to clues to how I can best regulate my nervous system and take more humane care of myself.

Before you entertain thoughts about how you can do and be more next year or fart fart finish the year strong - what if you could identify who and how you are right now?
