In this activity, thoracic oncology experts discuss the expanding role of molecular testing and targeted treatment selection for patients with non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The roles of tissue- and blood-based biomarker testing for mutations and other molecular alterations are explored, along with current data on the efficacy and safety of approved and investigational targeted therapies in newly diagnosed patients and those with acquired resistance.
