Today on the show we have the delightful Jo Weston. For those unaware, Jo is goal defence for the Australian Diamonds netball team, and has been a star of the Melbourne Vixens since she was basically a teenager.

Here, we talk to Jo all about what life is like as an athlete, how heartbreak and guilt overlap after a big loss and the work she thinks needs to be done in the space of women’s sport.
