How bad do you want to be healthy? We often avoid getting healthy emotionally, physically, and spiritually because of the work it takes. We'll make any excuse, "It'll take too much time, it's too expensive, I'm not really hurting that much." Here's the deal: We make time and financial allowance for things that we care about. We sure hope you care about yourself.
In this episode, Heather and Jamie talk about Heather making a counseling appointment, putting in the work to get healthy, and different ways to afford help.

In this episode, Heather and Jamie talk about getting out of our feelings and starting habits that dictate our desires.
