This podcast discusses an abstract presented at ASPEN21 looking at the risk of refeeding syndrome in home start PN patients using the ASPEN Refeeding Consensus Recommendations (NCP 2020, Vol 35, Issue 2, pp. 178-195). With the identification of 94% of the home start PN population at risk of refeeding syndrome, the authors discuss how they implemented the consensus recommendations across their home PN patients, going beyond the home start PN population.
