Nick Pompeian is a commercial real estate broker, developer, and owner of Realty Growth Incorporated as well as a partner in P&P Hospitality. In 2013 Nick and his partner purchased Realty Growth Incorporated from Nick's father, the company's founder. 

Nick loves helping clients identify properties that can become excellent investments and is passionate about building long-term relationships. 

Nick is also passionate about Rochester and the community that has given him and his family so much. In order to give back to Rochester, Nick serves on the board of directors for Gift of Life Transplant House, Bolder Options Rochester Arts and Science Academy, and several other non-profit committees. Nick loves to spend time with his wife and daughter, Nadia, cheering on Minnesota sports teams, traveling, spending time with his family and friends, and attending concerts and musicals.
