In this episode of the Mass Construction Show Ed and I discuss the perception that the public has about the construction industry and how we can encourage more people to enter the profession. He talks candidly about what the sheetmetal union is doing to raise the bar in the industry and frankly where he thinks they can be better. I think this is a rare and even handed discussion about out industry and the role organized labor plays in the process.
