This week I'm speaking with friend and author, journalist and social media editor, <a href="https://www.katbrownwrites.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Kat Brown.</a> I met Kat back in March of 2022 at an event and have been besotted by her ever since! In this episode, Kat shares with us her experience of grief around infertility and what her journey has been like. Grappling with the information that becoming a parent was something that was not on the cards for her, navigating this experience in a society that still believes to some degree that a woman's value in the world is dependant on whether she can birth a child or not, and how with Kat's recent adult diagnosis of ADHD has helped her in her healing.
