The media is telling us, Inflation is gone. Celebration time.??

Well, not so fast. Inflation is still coming in at 7.7% (which is high) and one data point does not make a trend. Inflation should drop a bit from here, but we are not out of the woods. This week we discuss what is going on with the new inflation numbers, housing data, FTX and more.
